Frequently Asked Questions

What is the level of commitment or time required?

There is no strict minimum commitment. For technical support (graphic design, web), it depends on your availability and ongoing projects. Facilitating meetings, however, requires a more regular, long-term commitment.

Do you offer training for volunteers?

It depends on the volunteer role. Specialized training and mentoring are provided for facilitating restorative justice processes. Selection is based on professional skills and personal qualities.

Can the volunteer work be done remotely?

Yes, for certain tasks such as managing the WordPress site or creating visual content. However, facilitating meetings and workshops is primarily done in person to ensure the quality of the human support provided.

I don’t have a degree in a helping profession; can I still help in the field?

For the direct facilitation of restorative justice processes, a professional background (criminology, psychology, social work, etc.) or equivalent experience is ideally required. However, if you possess great maturity, solid life experience, and strong listening skills, we invite you to contact us to explore other ways you can help.

How can I stay informed about volunteer opportunities and activities at Passerelles de justice réparatrice?

We invite you to subscribe to our newsletter, follow us on social media, and participate in our events or activities. We look forward to meeting you there.
